Policies

BOOKING POLICY:
THERE WILL BE A DEPOSIT COLLECTED IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT SPACE. THE FEE WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS YOUR TREATMENT. YOU WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT IF YOU DO NOT RESCHEDULE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. MULTIPLE RESCHEDULINGS WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELED AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO REBOOK. YOU WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT. All Deposits are non-refundable. If you no call/no show, in order to rebook you will be required to pay for your entire appointment in advance.

LATE POLICY:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, we may not be able to perform your procedure depending on the schedule for that day. We understand that traffic can be heavy and accidents happen frequently in SWFL, so please take that into consideration when mapping out travel time. If you get stuck in traffic or behind an accident, your appointment may have to be rescheduled. Please call or text us if you are going to be late so we can try to adjust our schedule to accommodate you!

CHILDREN/GUESTS & PETS:
While we can accommodate children/guests, we ask that no more than 1 guest accompany clients. We ask that guests understand that they will need to be seated in a chair or stroller for safety reasons. There is a waiting room available for guests as they are not allowed in the treatment room. For health and safety reasons we ask that you do not bring your pets inside the spa. We reserve the right to ask any guest that is being disruptive to leave the premises.
